Who can benefit from this program?

Sculpt Home is designed to cater to most individuals who have a basic understanding of weight training and feel sufficiently experienced in performing weighted movement patterns, including squats, hinges, lunges, pushes, and pulls. To participate in this program, you will need access to resistance bands and at least one pair of light and one pair of heavy dumbbells. Of course, the more equipment you have, the better! Sculpt Home is specifically tailored for those who prefer the convenience and comfort of training in a home environment. However, if you're interested in training at a gym, we recommend exploring our Sculpt Gym program!
