Secure your spot by completing the application below. If you meet the client requirements and a space is available, you will receive an acceptance email.

Your acceptance email will guide you on how to process payment for your personalized 1-on-1 coaching service through our secure payment portal. Once payment has been processed, within 24 hours you will receive your client welcome packet and an invite to schedule your video consultation.

We’ll schedule a 30+ minute video consultation via Google Meet to establish a connection, discuss your current goals, and assess your current physique.

Receive your personalized training program and customized nutrition plan via Google Sheets, located in our shared Google Drive folder, making it easily accessible and downloadable to your preferred device. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive your tailored programming after your video consultation. 

Engage in weekly check-ins by filling out the check in form. Receive in-depth video responses from me evaluating your progress and reviewing any form technique check videos you have submitted. 

Throughout the 12-week coaching period, you'll receive new tailored programs every 4 weeks, ensuring continuous progress and alignment with your overall goals.
