  • Where do I access my purchased programs?
    You can access your purchased program PDF by logging in and clicking on "My Programs" from the drop-down menu. Additionally, you can access your programs directly from your account page.
  • How do I access the exercise library?
    To access the exercise library, simply login and click on "exercise library" either from the drop-down menu or your account page.
  • Do my programs or access to the exercise library expire?
    No, your programs and access to the exercise library do not expire. They remain available to you indefinitely after purchase.
  • Is my account information private?
    Yes, your account information is kept confidential between you and the Hunter Chilton Fitness team. Your private information will not be shared or used without your consent.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept credit card payments (Visa or Mastercard) through our secured third-party payment gateway WiX Payments, as well as PayPal.
  • When can I access my program?
    Once you purchase your program, you will have immediate access to the PDF. Simply go to your account page and click on "My Programs" option from the login drop-down menu.
  • I am having trouble accessing my program
    If you encounter any issues accessing your programs, please contact the Hunter Chilton Fitness team at customerservice@hunterchiltonfitness.com for assistance.
  • Do you accept refunds for the programs?
    No, all sales are final. Due to the downloadable PDF format of the programs, refunds are not provided once the program has been purchased.
  • What level of weightlifting experience is recommended for the Sculpt programs?
    Both Sculpt Gym and Sculpt Home are designed to accommodate a wide range of individuals. It is advisable to have prior experience and understanding of basic movement patterns such as squatting, hinging, lunging, thrusting, pushing, and pulling before embarking on either program.
  • What equipment is required for the Sculpt Home Program?
    To make the most of your sessions, a minimum of two pairs of dumbbells - one heavy and one light - as well as a small loop, glute band, and long band are essential. The more equipment you have to challenge yourself, the better!
  • Are meal plans included in the Sculpt programs?
    No, meal plans are not included in either program. However, both programs feature a dedicated nutrition section where you will acquire all the knowledge necessary for success throughout the 8-week journey!
  • Is there cardio incorporated in the Sculpt program?
    Absolutely! In the Sculpt Gym program, there is one programmed cardio session per week to be completed after an upper-body workout or at another time of your choosing. On the other hand, the Sculpt Home program includes two programmed cardio sessions per week, which can be done at your discretion. As the 8 weeks progress, the cardio sessions will become progressively challenging in various ways. Additionally, both programs offer the option to incorporate more cardio and/or core training into your weekly routine if you desire to take your results to the next level. With a variety of routines to choose from, the possibilities are endless!
  • Is Sculpt Home just as effective as Sculpt Gym?
    Absolutely! Sculpt Home is designed to be just as effective as Sculpt Gym, Using a range of innovative techniques to maximize your results even with minimal equipment. Each program is tailored to optimize the specific environment in which it is performed, ensuring the best results possible! Whether you choose to train in the gym or in the comfort of your own home, following the Sculpt program as programmed will yield amazing results.
  • Can I participate in the Breakthrough program if I am a beginner?
    The Breakthrough program is designed for individuals with at least one year of weightlifting experience and a solid understanding of basic movement patterns such as squats, hinges, thrusts, and more. This is because the program involves specific exercise programming and a higher level of training demand.
  • Do I need a gym to follow the Breakthrough program?
    Yes. The Breakthrough program is ideally suited for a well-equipped gym setting. However, if you have a well-equipped home gym with varying dumbbells, a barbell and plates, multiple long resistance bands, etc., you can make modifications and substitutions to complete the program from home.
  • What equipment is required for the Breakthrough program?
    To successfully complete the Breakthrough program, you will need access to a fully equipped gym including dumbbells, barbell and plates, cables, a bench, and other necessary equipment. Additionally, a hip circle, barbell pad, and a long resistance band (if assistance is needed for pull-ups) may be helpful.
  • Does the Breakthrough program include a meal plan?
    No, the Breakthrough program does not come with a specific meal plan. However, it provides an extensive nutrition section that guides you on achieving fat loss, determining your caloric and macronutrient intake, and offers various tips for dietary success. The program empowers you to implement these tools based on your lifestyle and nutrition preferences, insuring long-term success.
  • Who can apply?
    My 1-on-1 online coaching services are offered to women globally, regardless of their fitness level- whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced. I’m here to guide you in achieving your goals, whether it’s fat loss, muscle building, strength enhancement, or simply improving your overall health and fitness.
  • Do I need access to a gym?
    You will need to have access to a fully equipped gym.
  • Can I apply if I am sick or have an injury?
    For the safety of my clients, I cannot accept applications from anyone with existing injuries or illnesses. If you have a history of injuries or medical conditions, you must obtain full clearance from your physician to engage in physical activity and adhere to nutritional guidelines before applying.
  • Do you provide meal plans?
    I firmly believe in a flexible approach to nutrition planning for achieving long-term success. For this reason I will provide you your individual calories and macronutrient requirements based on your goals and you will be able to choose how you meet those requirements. This strategy lets you effortlessly integrate your specific calorie and macronutrient needs with your every day lifestyle and food preferences.
  • How long is the coaching for?
    To support you in achieving lasting results, a 12 week commitment from each client is required. Payment flexibility is offered-choose between monthly payments or opt for paying all 12 weeks upfront and save money.
  • Do you take on clients worldwide?
    Yes! My personalized 1-on-1 coaching is accessible to individuals worldwide. In the event that your schedule doesn't match the available booking slots for a video consultation appointment due to your time zone, feel free to reach out to me directly via email. We'll work together to arrange an appointment time that suits both schedules.
  • Can I choose when I start?
    Please only apply when you are ready to start, considering my limited availability of slots. Once you receive an acceptance email, you will be required to complete the payment for your 1-on-1 coaching within 3 business days to maintain your spot. Upon payment, your enrollment will be confirmed, and we will begin the process of initiating your personalized online coaching service.
  • How can I pay for coaching?
    To secure your 1-on-1 coaching service, payments can be conveniently made using either a credit or debit card, or through PayPal. The entire payment process is facilitated through the payment portal under coaching on my website, which you'll have access to upon being accepted as a client.
  • Do you do refunds?
    In the event that a client chooses to discontinue their 1-on-1 coaching service during the 12-week period, refunds will be considered at my sole discretion, based on the circumstances. If a refund is given—the refund may be full or partial, depending on the situation. No refunds will be given once any training and nutrition programming for the current training phase has been dispatched.
