Breakthrough is a comprehensive 12-week training program meticulously designed to reflect the exact training methods and techniques I have personally employed over the past several years to develop a strong and lean physique. This program centers around enhancing overall strength and performance through key exercises in the gym while simultaneously achieving sustainable body fat loss, leading to the ultimate lean physique. Within Breakthrough, you will receive thorough guidance and education on all the essential elements necessary to reach your goals in terms of both training and nutrition. This program is primarily tailored for individuals who already train in a gym and are prepared to elevate their performance to the next level!
Who can benefit from this program?
This program is suitable for intermediate to advanced individuals (with at least 1+ year of lifting experience) who are eager to take their training to new heights. To fully participate in this program, it is essential to have a solid foundation in fundamental exercises such as squats, hinges, lunges, pushes, and pulls. Hence, this program is not recommended for beginners who are new to weight training. Additionally, access to a fully equipped gym is required. However, if you have an adequate amount of equipment at home (including various dumbbells, a barbell and plates, and multiple resistance bands), it is possible to adapt and perform this program at home with minor modifications and substitutions. Nevertheless, please bear in mind that this program was specifically designed for a gym environment, and the prescribed repetitions, sets, and instructions reflect that.
